Burlington - Florence, South Carolina 29501 - Magnolia Mall

Florence SC store. It was my daughters birthday. Their website said they closed at 10pm. We went in at 9:15pm. At 9:35 my daughter had a pair of jeans she wanted but needed to try on to see which of 2 sizes fit. We were told the dressing room was closed. They would not allow her try on even a single pair of jeans! We went to check out and my daughter out the clothes she did not want on the counter. The woman started to ring them up. My daughter told her she did not want those. The woman started saying with a nasty attitude that the light above the register was the only one on bc that was the only register open and that my daughter shouldn’t have put her clothes there. I told her that my daughter is only a child and did not know. She proceeded to ask me why I was still there and that I could leave. We really got into it then! Then the manager and security come over and of course take the woman’s side. Needless to say we did not purchase anything from that store and will not be returning!
