Went to get a ipad repaired on ChristmasEve. Was told it would be ready later that day. Got a call back that it would be longer to fix. No follow up call/text was received to advise the status of the ipad. I called and texted still no information. I went back to the store to see what's going on and was told that more work needed to be done and it'll be ready later. Was offered a full refund or to keep the device longer (a week) to fix. I opted to take the refund. Go to pick up the ipad and was told a $25 fee would be charged for the products that were used. Okay, go to another section to pick up the ipad and the screen was broken!!! NOT the same way I gave it to them. When I approached the worker about it being broken she brushed it off as if it was nothing. While speaking words were exchanged (profanity) when asked about a corporate number to call no number was provided or a resolution to fix the situation! I would advise that NO ONE gives business to this company.

This place is a total rip off had my screen repair and purchased a screen protector that the lady swears don't break. The first drop less than two weeks later and both the proctector and screen broke. She than claimed nothing is 100% wanted to charge me another $105 to fix they used cheap after market glass. DO NOT PURCHASED THEIR PRODUCTS.
