Do waste your time
Needs a negative 5 stars review. Worst customer service ever. Do not waste your time or energy. They charge $5 to try on dresses. Foolishness
Better Customer Service
I planned on buying a dress from this shop today for my daughter. I have bought several dresses before and liked the store. I was informed by the owner that we would have to pay a $5.00 fee to try on the dress and it would be returned as a store credit if we choose not to buy the dress.
This is appalling and insulting to me and my daughter. I never had to pay $5.00 fee in the past. Needless to say, I am NEVER shopping there again. And no I did not pay the $5.00 and my daughter did not try on the dress. We found a better dress at David’s Bridal for half the cost and better quality of material.
