Horrible Customer Service
we have been in the store looking around for 20 minutes already with no acknowledgement of the sales person...no greeting, no offer to help, my daughter found the dressing room on her own. The sales person just stayed behind the cashier on her phone. Never again will we set foot in the store. Customer service is EVERYTHING
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went in to buy a skirt and a shirt that I didn't have time to try on. I spent about 30 minutes trying other stuff on that didn't work out so towards the end, I saw this skirt and shirt hoping it'd fit me. I asked the front desk girl who was a little asian girl, that if it didn't fit, could I return it? She said yes with the receipt and tags. I go back TWO days later and they tell me I could only receive store credit. Are you kidding me???? NOTHING IN YOUR STORE FITS ME! WHY WOULD I WANT STORE CREDIT IF ITS NO GOOD AND I CANNOT USE IT?????? THAT IS SERIOUSLY SO MESSED UP!!! THEN, THEY TRIED TELLING ME NOBODY KNEW THE MANAGER'S PHONE NUMBER SO I COULD CALL AND TELL HER MY SITUATION. EVERYONE AT THE STORE WAS UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, RUDE, AND WERE AFRAID TO TELL ME THEIR NAMES. I will be sure to let everyone know not to shop at this store. It is the worst customer service and I've never been rejected a refund due to their clothes not fitting me.
