Very Rude Employees
My daughter and I went in to look at some shoes for prom. When she found a pair she liked, she walked up to the counter where the clerk appeared to be checking a customer out. My daughter didn’t say anything and was waiting until she was acknowledged. The girl behind the counter looked directly at her and said “You’re going to have to wait until I take care of this customer. THANK YOU!” With a very snarky attitude. Meanwhile, we stood around waiting and what she was actually doing was chatting it up with some friends while they continued to shop. She wasn’t retrieving a certain size shoe, she wasn’t checking them out, she was literally standing there talking and laughing while they were looking at other shoes. She was very rude and had no customer service skills. Will never step foot in there again.
