There was a lady today that "helped" me when I came in to purhcase a bra. I didn't know how the bra bralette sizes ran for CK so I asked her how did they run, if they ran by cup size or back size and she just said back size. She didn't mind asking or explaining this information to me being a new customer. After that I tried the bralette on and then while I was trying it on, although it fit perfectly, I noticed there were a little pulling on the lining that was already there, so when I came out I said I was going to take it, it was perfect but I wanted another one since it had the little pulling. As I said that, she made a face, looked at the other sales associate there (which there were only two in the store around 4 pm and they were two ladies) and made a face to each other like if I did not have the right to ask for one that wasn't a little damaged. After that she threw the bralette on top of the tissue paper she was going to "wrap it" with and just crumbled it up. I shop at a couple high end stores and I never complain about merchandise but I have withnessed other customers come with a similar complain as mine to other stores and I have never seen them be treat like that. Terrible.
