Feels like a scam to me
Terribly ran business that feels like they want to scam you into paying for what I am going to assume is overcharged repair services. I dropped my watch off to get fixed on a Tuesday and was told I would be called by Thursday with an estimate before the fixed it. No call on Thursday. No biggie...things happen so I stop by the store Friday on the way home from work to see what was going on. The lady who was working that day called whoever had my watch to repair it and still wasn't able to give me an accurate estimate yet because the repair person wasn't exactly sure what needed to be done yet. I told her I wanted to know what needed to be done with it and the estimate BEFORE repairing the watch so I knew what I was going to pay before committing to it. Ok...she said she would call me. Never called. Fast forward to the following Wednesday. Still no phone calls yet so I walk into the store and ask for my watch back. They said it would be ready Saturday. I said no, I want my watch back that night. They tried to push back and say the repair parts had already been ordered. Not my problem. I was never given an accurate explanation AND estimate of what was to be done which I asked for BEFORE committing to having my watch fixed which is what I was told I would have by the people working in the store. They said it would be at the store by 9 when the mall closed. Well it showed up at 8:30 and SURPRISE! I GOT A PHONE CALL TELLING ME IT WAS THERE. Feels to me like you were avoiding calling me with an estimate and then wanted to force me into paying for the repair. 0 out of 10 review.
