There is no doubt that this establishment has a good tailor(s). They could arguably be great if they took the time to initiate the first rule of customer service. The customer is ALWAYS right. If they listened to their customers, their business would grow tremendously. They are actually that good.
Wife/Mom of the Groom
My son found this business and is using them for the groomsmen and his father for his wedding. They were excellent in helping my husband who is father of the groom in suit selection, sizing and alterations. Wonderful customer service, good prices and timely delivery. We are very pleased. I highly recommend them! All of the men in the wedding are going to look great! Thanks to Ray Ismail and his Dad.
Bad Bad Service .
Don’t ever go to this place the guy seems always mad and starts yelling at you if you ask him something . I bought a suit in that place and totally regret it. It was going to be my wedding and he took his measurements and couldn’t get the suit right. Said he was going to have it in one week and took a month . He just doesn’t know what’s his doing . Please don’t go try other places that will do the job take recomendations.
