THEY BROKE MY PHONE!
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Horrible experience. Dropped my phone off to get the screen replaced and when I picked it up the Face ID no longer worked. Owner of the company said "Prove to me it was working to begin with". Learned my lesson on a $900 phone that was a year old.... go to an authorized dealer and avoid the headache! Afterwards I did consult with an Apple technician and he confirmed the ambient light sensor was no longer working and was damaged when the screen was replaced. The phone is permanently damaged. Owner didn't care and said I had no proof it was working when I brought it in. TURN AROUND AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!
