Cellphone Moto G4 repair. The gentleman who took my repair in and returned my cellphone after repair on Dec 24th 2020 was profesional and courteous. At the time,I saw no issues. It wasn't until later that I found there was an issue with a corner of the screen that had light coming from it that makes it unusable for VR goggles and night time use. Later when I took it in to shop, a young lady was the only attendant who said I had probably damaged it myself and glued it myself. I hadn't even noticed any glue till she told me which indicated to me that she had seen this before possibly from other customers of her shop. I asked her to check her records for my info but asked for my recipet but then said the price was too low for what I got and I probably was not her customer. I asked her to check her records or talk to the gentleman who had helped me but she kept saying if the phone worked it wasn't a problem and I probably was not her customer. O think this is what finally got me to realize having them redo their work is unreliable and I am not going to pay another shop to fix their work so I am just out of money. BBB complaint filed with BBB.Org. If you go with them I suggest inspecting it closely at closer than you normally would and even take time to take to another shop afterwards to ensure there are no other problems. From my short experience with this shop, I think they get their repairs well most of the time but won't backup their work afterwards so in my opinion, it is gambling money.
