Brought in to be repaired... Instead got more damage
Unfortunately this company has decided to go the wrong way with a repair and upon damaging something internally of a device they have decided to blame the consumer and of course the consumer was shocked as they know the exact state the device was in. Luckily device value is enough to take them to small claims court and have either a third party repair it at their cost or replaced entirely. So sad... the employees believe the owner needs to be present for legal matters but in reality the world keeps turning.. see ya in court
