Terrible Customer Service
I brought a screen protector and a case as part of the promotion and within 7 month the screen protector has cracked twice, I went to the Lenox Square store twice the first time the manager replaced it, then it happened again a few months later I returned to the store and asked about getting it replaced and I was told that were was no warranty on them and there was nothing they could do, This is completely unacceptable. I have spent my money for a premium base and screen protector and the it has failed twice the phone has not been dropped the screen projector just failed, this should absolutely be replaced for free and the people that manage the Lenox Square location have no idea about customer service. This is a complete failure, if i was going to have to replace the screen protector multiple times I could have just went to amazon, there goes the idea that Cellairis sales a premium product with your extra money DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!
