Cellairis used to be great. I paid $50/phone for my family of 5 for their service and now whenever I go there, the "system is down" and they refuse to service my phone. All I need is a $5 replacement case, but they can't do that until the system is back up. Whenever they call me to say the system is up, I come in and they tell me the system is down. Cellairis is now a scam. I highly recommend using some other vendor.
