Defective screens
Cellaxs replaced the screen of my iPhone 13 on Sept 20 and charged me $165. Within three weeks, the screen started typing by itself and glitching. By the end of October, my screen would lose all touch capabilities intermittently and at one point it lasted 3 days straight with out a phone. In addition when you press on the screen, it looks like when you touch an LCD monitor in spots of the phone. There are no cracks or damage to the screen. Ironic

Just had an awful experience at cellaxs in Ocean County Mall! The owner convinced me to buy a car phone holder even though the box had already been opened. It was the only one he had and assured me it was only returned for an exchange and not because it was broken. Within 15 minutes we tried it and it was broken. He refused to give me my money back! We called security but although they tried there was nothing they could do! Total scammers!
