If there was no stars I would give them that! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT GO HERE you are better off going to the next worse place.
I was looking for a place to get my cracked screen repaired and I came across CELLTECH at the mall and thought, meh I'll give them a try. I was a first time customer here and let me tell you it will my LAST!

Stay far away from this place. Negative 5 stars. I asked for Apple AirPods and they gave me a knockoff brand. When I confronted them minutes later, they said they cannot take them back. I went to complain to a manager but there was a line! Go figure. Someone already beat me to it. Mall security was even there trying to keep all the customers calm. I walked out we no product and no refund. Luckily my credit card company will stop the charge from going through. They are so unprofessional. Taking the hard earned money of an 11 year old and making him cry. I am reporting them to the Parks Mall authorities and the BBB, at the least.
