This place has horrible customer service, especially the clerk named AK. He is rude, disrespectful to customers and needs to be fired. Definitely not going back and am going to dispute the charge on my credit card for a previous purchase, and will never give them my business again.

Don’t go here. Basically a scam and very rude customer service. Ridiculous that the mall would allow a kiok like this.

I have 30 days Iphone 11 Pro Max on the screen replacement warranty starting from July 11, 2021 to August 11, 2021. Today is August 09, 2021, I brought in my IPhone 11 Pro Max for the dead screen check up. The owner tried to argue with me about the warranty. He said it’s too late, it has been a month already. I said how could it be since today is only August 09, 2021? So he told me to wait. I didn’t realize he meant to say to wait forever.

Absolutely the worst!! Do not use this for any repairs. Replaced my screen on my iphone and they forced the LCD screen on and destroyed the frame on the phone which caused the screen to crack. I went back less than 24hrs after and they refused to fix it even though it was under warranty. Accused me of opening the frame and bending it myself. If I knew how to open the frame I would have saved myself the $90 and changed it myself. Owner tried to record me after I told him he had horrible service. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I went to get my phone screen fixed and ever was good. My keyboard kind of got stuck at times, but what makes me write this review is that it made me uneasy that the blonde girl working there was always very intimidated to ask the Indian guy (owner) a question. But what really topped it off for me was that when I got my phone and was about to leave he was giving me my phone and a black guy came to ask the blonde girl something and she asked the owner if they had what he was looking for and he answered before she finished asking. The black guy walked away and he said “ when a black person comes to ask anything we don’t have it. She said but he’s Jamaican, he said he’s still black. I was shocked and grabbed my phone and left. I didn’t say anything and walked away. I was in shock of the racism I hear when this Indian guy was as dark. I don’t get racism, honestly I dont and never will.
