No refund
Was sold a defective phone case (side buttons didn't work when pressed) and wasn't offered a refund. Instead the cashier acted like I was lying about it. Bad service. Would not recommend going here. Just buy a phone case from Amazon. Prices are way too high anyway.

Came to purchase phone case and screen protector, Lela was very helpful in getting everything I needed for my phone. AAA++++
HURT
Took iPhone 7 in store to get cracked screen repaired. screen was repaired and the store rep installed a screen protector as a courtesy. That same night, phone was having all types of glitches - disabling itself, entering multiple passcodes, opening apps, etc. But the next day, the repaired screen cracked by itself and the screen protector on top is still in tact. They will not fix it again nor give a partial refund. This was done to a college kid without compassion...
