Reviews
Poor service
Coming from California we typically have a “Charley’s Philly Steak” in every town. I have NEVER had the service be this terrible except for here in the Midland park mall. Employees are lazy, insufficient, and rude.
I Walk up there, there’s no business and a guy walks up to the register, my mother and I go to place or order and we receive nothing but a robotic rude tone and demeanor from him!
As if he didn’t even want to take our order let alone be there.
Then come to find out the drinks I ordered “they ran out”
And we went to grab some ketchup and that was out too. We proceed to ask for more and the girl huffs and puffs, rolls her eyes and stomps off to the back room as she chats with another guy laughing.
I think some Re-Training needs to be done, possibly in customer service.
And that’s why I gave it one star.
