I give this clown 0 Negative rating - the guy is a crook. I had a watch repaired and he charged me 200.00 - it stopped running after having 2 weeks - i found out the watch is a Quartz and only needed a 5.00 battery - Beware of this crook

I would give them a 1 star..

I appraised a Hamilton Swiss Key Set Mantle Clock that Michael repaired for the customer at a cost of 600.00, Michael told the customer the Clock was worth 6000.00 and had Roex parts in it ( that was the reason for the 600.00 repair cost) That information was false - the Clock is worth on a good day. 80.00 to 90.00 dollars - the Clock does not contain Rolex parts - on top of that the Clock isn't chiming nor is it keeping accurate time.

3/12/2021 I had a bad experience at the Silverdale branch, with Charlie, the owner of multiple watch/jewelry repair stores in the Puget Sound. I brought an antique, silver Omega pocket watch for a simple repair: to put the second hand which had fallen off back in place. When I picked up the watch, I noticed that the second hand was not the original, gold filigree matching the two other hands. It had been replaced with a plain gold hand. When I pointed this out, Charlie went on the offensive, declared that I was wrong, and launched into diversionary tactic of explaining in excruciating and repetitive detail about his repair of the second hand's connection to the watch face. He told me repeatedly that I was wrong. So I paid the exorbitant price of $113 for the theft of a watch part and replacement with an inferior quality one. I paid and left with the antique bee hive clock that I had planned to leave for repair. So I got off with rude behavior from Charlie and a high financial price. But at least I didn't leave my treasured, family heirloom to this conniving and possibly incompetent person.

Horrible, did not do what we asked or agreed too. Its a wedding gift and we don't even want to gift it now. Waste of time and money. Shit work but hey I got a whooping $10 discount. BIG waste of money, who puts a hyphen in a date anyways.

Went here to have a new battery put in my TAG watch and have another watch resized. When I went to pick it up they said they had to replace a missing “tab” and did a service to the watch, which ended up coming out to be $300. So pretty sure I got scammed...last time I got a new battery put in it was like $20-30.
