Terrible Customer Service
Wow-the worst store experience I've had in years. My mother was told by the associate that her purchase could be returned because they had extended an extended policy for the holidays. Not true. The manager said there was nothing she could do (but could have if it were purchased 2 days earlier), refused to give me the DM contact and told me for customer service I should "google it." She (Maisy) continued to callcomments to my exiting back. Yikes.
