Purchased a onsie for a gift. Had gift receipt decided to return it.
Was told couldn't return it. Asked to talk to manager she said she was the manager.
Went online and told my story they said would email store and I could return.
Went to store and they never received email. Talked to the manager. Found out the girl that told me she was the manager was not the manager. Spent a lot of time on nonsense.
In the end she let me return it. A bunch of time spent on nonsense. Lost me as a customer.
Only gave this one star because I could not give it zero.
