Charlotte Russe - Valencia, California 91355 - Westfield Valencia Town Center

Today I had bad experience at the Valencia mall at California their employee were ruin and not ever friendly when I got more item to wear one employee took it out my hand and put it bad after I was trying on the cloths I was waiting In line their were counter the money when they should of use the other Cashier all they were is talking and invite me the whole time they don’t think people had other place to be their not professional when doing their job I been waiting for 2 hrs to ring me up all they were doing is talking I don’t want anything customer to go on Charlotte Russe like that customer is always right their not very friendly or professional for doing their job and the manger was very ruin and made a racist comment toward me. Please I don’t want this to happened to anyone I never had this problem until they open this store I been to other store their were friendly and professional
