Horrible customer service
I purchased a CC brand hat on 11/4 from this pop up boutique in Outlet mall. I washed the hat and it stretched out and was unwearable. I visited the store on 12/12, for an exchange. The owner was called and her response to relay to me through her employee was we can't just give you another hat. This is HORRIBLE customer service and for a small shop this will effect your business. With chain stores closing everyday, it is really important for small businesses to make a lasting impact. I will not ever shop there and will not encourage others to do so. I hope 15$ hat is worth loosing steady business!!!
