I went to the "open interviews" that they were having today in the food court at the Chapel Hills Mall and I can't tell you how unprofessional, disrespectful, rude, and unorthodox the ownership and recruiting team are. The "wham bam thank you ma'am" approach this company has hiring talent speaks volumes about how desperate they are in recruiting, hiring, and keeping talented individuals employed with their ridiculous company. This place truly has a David Koresh type feel and I strongly urge anyone and everyone from applying to work for this company! Don't drink the Kool-Aid! If you have restaurant experience, are truly talented and passionate to work in this industry then I urge you to please go elsewhere!!!
