I have shopped at Chico's (various stores) for many years and my entire wardrobe is 95% made up of Chico's clothing. I love the fit and styles. Recently, I had my first problem. I purchased a pair of Zynergy pants (knitted) and, though I followed the washing instructions, the pants shrunk quite a bit. They were $79. I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do because they haven't had any complaints about this product. Well, it's a new product and isn't there always a first person to complain? I'm thoroughly disappointed. They could have accepted the return and report to issue so that there will be a product issue with this item.
