Reviews
Very rude customer service
If you are looking for friendly customer service, do not go to Chico’s. Unless you are in your 50-60’s and look like you have money...you may see another side. I’m probably on the young side to shop there (late 30’s), but I like the tops & sweaters for work. However, one too many times I have walked in there in jeans and a ponytail and, first of all, no one readily comes to help me, second, when they do, it’s like they don’t think I will seriously buy something in THEIR store. I don’t like shopping at the young trendy stores but at least their workers are 10 times friendlier and more helpful. VERY disappointed in Chico’s.
