Terrible customer service
Customer service was horrible! The employees looked high, and were walking around aimlessly or sitting in back with a long line waiting. When we asked to get a six pack they wanted to charge full price per cinnamon roll, instead of giving the 6-pack price, because they had no prepackaged ones left. They argued and refused to accommodate a paying customer. Will never stop there again!
Rude and blind?
I showed up to Cinnabon when they had no cinnamon rolls at all, I was told the wait would be 5 minutes and I said that was fine. waited patiently. And when they were ready for some reason I was not helped to a cinnamon roll, this made me very unhappy so I still waited as I watched the cashier help the people behind me for some reason instead of helping me overall terrible experience I did not get my cinnamon roll because I left in anger because I was not being helped and so I left
