During the month of March /2021, I Stopped at 10:50 am to buy a Cinnabon roll and one of the two females pony tailed hair style usually sit in the back, told me they open at 11:00 AM, I left and came back and waited for a long time before they got off their cell phone to take my order. very trashy customer service! today at 3/24/2021 customer was served with his order at 10:30 AM , they the pony tailed long hair females pick and choose their customers and there motivation is based on the customer's race . very petty customer service. I never go to that location in the vancouver mall again !! while they have that kink of petty customer service !!!!!!
