City Gear - Fayetteville, Georgia 30214 - Fayette Pavillion

I really wish I could give this store NO RATINGS. I went in with a gift card. Ask the lady to check balance since it been awhile, she stated it was a little over $50.00. I said thanks, look around for a few minutes did not see anything I like. Left the store. Approximately 3 weeks later return to buy my baby some shoes and the same lady (that check my card balance 3 weeks prior) said my card had declined. I told her I was just in the store you saw me left without purchasing anything. We had some words, which led me to ask for a manager. She came and stated that city gear had changed their gift cards due to fraud. That she reached out to their financial department to issue me another card. I knew this was a lie but I did leave without disturbing the store. So months after calling the store and district manager, I called corporate. They did nothing as well but got intouch with DM and had a 3 way calling. They never apologize for the negligence of their store and told me that I was a liar and theif. I spent the card in a store in Atlanta somewhere. When I asked them to pull back the cameras, they stated the cameras do not hold footage that long. LONG STORY SHORT I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND A PENNY IN A CITY GEAR OR HIBBITS AGAIN.
