I have never been so appalled by a manager in my life. I would never visit this store again.

I bought UGG boots for my wife as a gift. When purchasing I asked them if they could return the shoes, in case my wife did not like them, and they said yes. I realized that the boots were fake (like most of the products in the highly unorganized store). When I tried to return them the worker refused to accept the return, and I was only able to exchange the fake product for yet another fake product. The salesman was extremely rude, and told me to never return to the store again.
