Worst manager ever
We made an appointment for ear piercing. Our appointment time was 1 o’clock when we came they told us that we have to come back at 3 o’clock because that’s the time when the person doing it will come. I asked why nobody informed me about it before I came and this girl with no interest to help us was hardly answering questions. We asked to speak with manager and to our surprise she is the manager there Alexa that is her name. No sorry no nothing.
Do NOT pierce your babies here!
If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Pierced my two year olds ears (after waiting in line a half hour). Did them at the same time, my daughter was completely still while they marked her ears, and then pierced them, but one of the girls piercing gun got stuck and as she tried to get it loose she tore my 2 year olds earring out. With my child bleeding and screaming, I was told that I had to pay for the earrings anyway, but I was welcome to come back in a few days to have my daughter's ear repierced. Are you kidding me?
