Worst customer experience I have every had! Day time store manger was extremely rude and refused to allow my daughter to have her ear pierced because I her mother did not have a mask. I was actually told to get out of my store! Rude, and obnoxious!!

Horrible experience at this store! Dont recommend anyone to go here. A Claire’s employee/s in the augusta mall stole money from me that I left on the counter after checking out. It was nearly $200 and the associate seen me with the envelope as I had to take money out of it to pay. I went back just 20 min later and was told 4 different stories. Had to get police involved and also I am contacting corporate first thing Monday morning. Employees/the manager were very rude and not sympathetic at all. All this happened less than 20 days before Christmas.
