Yesterday, I brought my daughters into this Claire's and almost turned around because it was so busy. But I'm glad I didn't because we had a great experience! The customer service at this store is very refreshing. I could feel that the employees truly care about their customers' experiences and will bend over backwards for them. The piercing was professional, clean, informative and an overall good experience. Definitely recommend!

Beware of taking your daughter here to get ears pierced! One ear was done at a complete angle such that the back of the earring was hanging BELOW her ear lobe. Perhaps it’s the smaller size of an 11-year old’s ear – or perhaps it was her 3 inch long fake nails that prevented a good pierce. The manager called it a ‘mistake’ – but still made me BUY another thing of the $20 clean/numbing stuff.Terrible experience - Even worse customer service!
