Claire's - Staten Island, New York 10314 - Staten Island Mall

if I could rate this store 0 stars I would. The last time i shopped here I wanted to cry. The one and only worker there was rude, on her cell phone and walking around WITH NO SHOES JUST SOCKS!!!. I brought my 3 girls in for my 7 year old birthday and the girl was no help we walked in are were the only ones in the store.she never asked if we needed help was on her phone on a video call and cursing like she was in her bedroom. When my 3 year old fell into a shelf and knocked over a item she told who ever she was on the phone with " some people need to watch their kids better". she kept throwing the f bomb around and then what I assume was a guy friend of hers came in she started talking to him and he was making a mess of the store. It took alot from me not to say anything. I told my daughter we would come back tomorrow she cried and the girl behind the counter laughed at us as we left. I went back two days later when there was another worker in there my luck she was a manager. I told her my experience and she told me that was no expectable and she would talk to the worker. I went in once more after thinking maybe it was just a one time thing. WAS I WRONG. she was again no help , nasty the second I walked in she walked into the back and never came out. Im so disappointed I will be ordering online or going to jersey just like everyone else
