Very dissapointed and unsatisfied customer.
Visited Claro at Catalina's Mall Caguas Puerto Rico on March 18 2019.
My Husband and I made the switch from T-Mobile to Claro being under the impression that it was a very good concept.
After filling out all the paperwork and paid what we were told to pay to obtain the service from Claro we still haven't obtained service from Claro.
I was given a phone supposedly to be able to contact the Claro Store above mentioned and apparently it's a false number because I've been trying to communicate with a representative for 2 days and have gotten no answer.
We are very unsatisfied and dissapointed with the service we have been given.
We will be returning our units which are useful to say the least and never will recommend anyone to Claro.
I learned my lesson with Claro on how unprofessional service they provide.
