Unbelievably Poor Service - Employee needs Anger Management Therapy Perhaps?
Would give less than 1 star, if it were an option. Got a pair of Browns sweatpants for Christmas, the same day our house also got COVID. Attempted today (January 7, 2022) to return the pants. Can only do so for store credit, per store 14-day return policy. Called to inquire. Was told COVID's no big deal, should've returned it while sick, "not afraid of COVID, no big deal. We don't need you. Goodbye." And hung up on me. Never to return here.
