There was this old woman there wearing a fur shall from coach. Not only did she follow my wife, child and myself around the store she automatically assumed because we had tattoos and were not dressed to her standards that we wanted the cheapest basic printed handbag. We were there for one of their 700 dollar black leather back packs. I own my own liquer store and am a charge pediatric nurse at a local hospital and make more than twice her hourly wage with commission. She not only refused to help us and shoved us off onto her associate but she wouldn't answer any of my questions. When you are 65 and working at a coach store clearly you have not accomplished your dreams so then you have to harass the new generation based on your 1950's standards of racist and bigoted values. Not only did her customer service disgust me but rather made me disappointed in how low Coach's standards of hiring had become. You better talk to her about how different 2019 is from the 1900's. horrible service and will never go there again. I would like a call from your manager.
