I decided to change a bracelet that did not fit me and spoke to the manager and she denied it in the beginning until we told her that we are a customer since 10 years and when we told her that this was a gift and they already told us if it doesn’t fit just return it back with no time limited . My husband was so upset that he ask her for her manager to addresses this matter and she said I am the manager and no one else . Than she apply to return when my husband was leaving and that when she decided with a bad attitude to change it . I decided to purchase and new bag of 500.00 she even didn’t appreciated that I return 49.00 of bracelets but left with a big purchase. As I was standing there I was waiting for my bag to be pack and they threw the bag in a big bag without a box, patter inside the bag to hold the structure and nothing . I was so agrande that she would treat a new 590.00 bag in that condition . I been buy bags there and every time they pack my bag perfectly. I so disappointed with this manager that I would never go in there to buy my coach bags .
