I tried to buy a backpack December 12. They said that the purchase was rejected by my bank but my bank send me a message that the store charge $427.00 . They denied to bring to me the backpack, despite they already charge. I had to call the bank and they said that the store charge me with out any issue the purchase. I put a claim with the bank and the manager of the store never call me back. I feel assaulted by the store.
