Went with a Voucher for free exam and glasses from my Union. They first of gave me lenses that were 4 times stronger then what I needed. Went back 4 times to have this corrected. They are very pushy when they see that you have Insurance. Then insist that you need all kinds of exams , eye drops, follow up appointments etc. Anything to charge your Insurance. Beware of this place.

This is not a place to go if you’re on a budget. The sales staff will definitely not be adherent to your needs and what you ask for. They will do the utmost to have you purchase a very expensive frame when you specifically ask for one in which your insurance plan covers. They insist on having you sign up for a payment plan even if you refuse multiple times. If you do not know how to stand your ground for what you want then do not shop here. They are pushy and absolutely terrible with only their personal gain in mind.
