The Huntington Cohen's fashion optical store, and its staff are gracious and attentive to your needs. The manager Sue, was impeccably professional and courteous.I highly recommend this store for your eye care needs to be taken care of with the utmost care.

I was considering going here for my glasses and eye exam. I stopped in one day and asked if I could use my own frames. I was told "sure but we cannot guarantee the frame." I totally understood that. I made an appointment and got my eyes checked. I really liked the optometrist. After measurements were made and I ordered the lenses, I was blindsided with a $40 surcharge for using my own frames.The reason given for this was absurd. My friends used Cohen optical in other locations. They were not charged this surcharge to use their own frames. I called 4 other Cohens and 3 Visionworks. None charged this fee. When I picked up the glasses she said they are all separate entities and are allowed to charge what they want. How ridiculous! They actually thought the $40 rip off was worth losing a customer How very sad!!!!
