Worst place ever. They hold your insurance authorization for weeks even for checking out prescription frame. Without my information they held the authorization for 3+ weeks, when I contacted them they were shameless enough to respond - we don’t know how it’s still on hold. When asked them to release the hold, the lady had the audacity to say - I will call and release the hold when I have time.
