A very unpleasant experience
Went to get some Christmas shopping done on 12/15/18. One woman, Gabi, was asking me hundred times if I was lost???? I just wanted to look around and not to be asked "if I found anything". Every time I looked around there was Gabi watching me. It was ridicules when she showed up again ,asking me one more time ,if I needed her assistance. I really felt she was harassing me. Not cool. I won't be back , and I would suggest the Columbia management and Gabi take some customer service classes.
