Comfort Shoes - Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33304 - The Galleria Fort Lauderdale

At least 1/3 of my shoes came from Comfort Shoes. They have excellent styles for people with foot problems that don't want to look "clumpy." I find the service exceptional. They're special order shoes for me and follow up on them. I've returned shoes that had manufacturing problems (not the store's fault) with great ease. They have the good brands like SAS, Naot, Taos that are attractive and practical.

This is my first negative review ever, but I am inclined to do so after the AWFUL experience I had today. I bought a pair of flip flops for my husband, in the 48 hours that I had posession of these shoes, they only came out of the bag for less than 5 minutes for my him to confirm that they didn't fit. When I brought them back, the sales clerk questioned if they had been worn, and told me she would NEVER sell a pair of shoes that looked like this. She finally did refund my money, but this was the worse customer service experience. I will happily go spend my money elsewhere. Stay far away!!!
