Do Not make eye contact with the young salesclerks in the hallway!! You will get sucked into the store and then subjected to a high-pressure sale pitch to buy highly overpriced products!! I was at a conference over the weekend at a local hotel and decided to walk the mall after sitting all day in lectures. I was lucky enough to get out with only $400 worth of skin care products. I was being pressured into buying an $8,000 hand held device.

Total high pressure, to the point trying to sell a $5,700 device! Then dropping the price to a lesser version for around $700. Tried to return a few products within 16 days and they gave every excuse not to refund. We spent $650 and only wanted to return maybe $200 in product. The manager was absolutely rude which matches the numerous negative reviews. Surprised this company is still in business. For all Maine people avoid this place...

When I first began treatments here, I was so not impressed. Everyone I dealt with got the money and disappeared. I was made so many promises and was lied to over and over, until Jamik turned the place around. He made good on everything. Very honest and reliable. My stretch marks are disappearing and my face looks fabulous. The products work GREAT. The owner is now in house and they both really know their stuff.

The product that you purchase does not work like the product demonstrated. Do not have the facial that they tell you will be so nice. They will only do half of your face and will not to the other half unless you purchase their hand held machine for over $8,000.00. Some people have reported that the machine does not work like the one demonstrated. You are told the expert has flown in from LA. I don't think so, as this person appears to be there every day. This is a possible scam. Beware and don't get drawn into the store! Run the other way!

was in the store yesterday....not impressed..Edema refused to understand . And didn't explain no returns. When I was on my way home started with arm swollen and nerves Burning. Called and stated no returns and he could mail me another product, explained that it burns my arm I wouldn't but any of their products on my face....so stuck with $70.00 product that will be trash. Would never recommend this store or product!
