Cosmetics Company - Washington, Pennsylvania PA 15301 - Tanger Outlets Pittsburgh

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I was double charged for a single item. When I realized what happened I went back to the store. The associate told me I would receive a phone call from the manager the following day. The manager never called. I waited about a week to see if maybe she just fixed the problem. When I finally got in touch with the manager, not only was she rude, she was HORRIBLE. Not just from a customer stand point, she was just a mean and rude person in general. She inevitably hung up on me, not one but 2 times. I proceeded to call the store back to get in touch with her and every time I or my husband called, they would pick up the phone and hang it up. I have never in my life been treated so horribly and with so much disrespect. I will NEVER recommend this terrible place or ever in my life enter one of their stores again. STAY AWAY!!!!
