Nastiest Employees Ever Encountered in Retail!
I had purchased a duplicate gift for someone and they would not return it. That was upsetting but what was worse was how nasty they were about their policy. Then another time my husband purchased a cloth snowman for me. When she brought it out; one of its buttons was coming off. My husband requested a different one and she said that wasn't a big deal. But my husband insisted and with a lot of sighs and looks that showed how put out she was.
Every employee I've ever done business with has been a people person!! (NOT)
