Terrible! I've had cricketer 25 years!. Now I have to listen to 5 min of messages and nonsense that then is spoken in rapid fire Spanish!! I want to talk to an English speaking agent when I contact customer services! Too much to ask for?? Everything is robotic and when I finally got a human on the phone I could not understand her!! She then hung up! Not acceptable and I will be filing a complaint and going to social media!
