When not able to complete a payment at this cricket store the agent asked to use my phone to set it up, we went in circle for a few minutes while I kept refusing to let her use mine and asked her to use hers she refused said they dont have a customer service phone. (she only has the one she has been texting someone on while trying to help me) I then asked for her name (was not wearing a company shirt or nametag) she refused to give it to me I motioned to take a picture of her and she hit the floor like it was an air raid. I asked her what she was doing and she told me I cant take pictures in here, I apologized and offered to delete it. She was in crazy mode and asked me to leave while making threats to call security, then dialed what I assume was a supervisor and asked "Paula'" for securities number. I kindly reminded her that I offered to delete it and infomred her that there is no expectation of priavacey against photos and video unless otherwise posted and then I thanked her as I left. Called phone company, had the bill discounted, will be contacting corporate and stores district or corporate as its a franchise, as this is not up to the bare minimum of service.
