I walked in to look at some Crocks today at around 3:15. There were some other customers in the store, but no employees were assisting them. Three employees were standing around the register. No one asked if they could help me. I had some questions and had to go up to the register to ask. I made a purchase and the cashier didn't even say "thanks". I ask who the manger was and they all looked around in confusion. They finally gave me a name. I like the product, but give them an "F" in customer service.
